You are responsible for any regulatory, legal or banking penalties and fees that may be assessed for supplying false information to us for use with the Service.The Designated Account must be one for which you are an authorized signer. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you authorize Safe Assitencia to charge the asked services. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you represent and warrant that:You are 18 years of age or older;You are using your actual identity and any information you provide is accurate and complete;Youare legally authorized to make payments using your Designated Account;You have read and agreed to our Privacy Pledge;You agree and understand that your Designated Account may be charged a convenience fee for each transaction successfully completed.
After you have electronically signed your application, you will be asked to pay your fees. Your fees must be made with a credit card. You will be required to provide credit card information to complete your payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and certain prepaid credit cards. Once you have paid your fee, you will receive a payment confirmation page. When your payment has completed processing you will receive a MyLearningExperienceapplication message with your confirmation number and a link to your payment receipt. You should print this page for your records.
If for any reason out of our control the transaction is being canceled the administrative fees would not be returned meaning they are non-refundable.
